Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for a little while and would love some clarity, this series is a great place to gain a strong foundation for your yoga practice.
Emphasis will be on learning technique and alignment principals for the most common yoga poses. You will also learn basic breath and meditation practices and how to integrate them into your practice.
There will be time to ask questions and truly gain a deeper understanding of what yoga is and how to reap the benefits of this practice.
We will meet on 3 Sundays from 1:30-3:00pm (1/27, 2/3, 2/10)
Cost: $75, includes 2 weeks of unlimited yoga (from 1/27-2/10) at both Left Coast Locations!
